PaymentPad™’s support for integrated, multi-channel communication enables electronic bill presentation and payment. The following payment options are available:

  • Online
  • Interactive Voice Response (IVR)
  • Text-based (SMS) via mobile phone
  • Agent-assisted (wherein an agent can process a payment on the customer’s behalf via reference to the customer’s online page)
  • Face-to-face (on-site)

PaymentPad™ also allows customers to see their payment history at a glance and can automatically update new account information and expiry dates from MasterCard and Visa on recurring transactions to ensure that customer credit cards stay valid. This reduces NSF (non-sufficient funds) issues and collection problems since the customer's card stays valid in spite of changes in expiration date and number.
